As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a compassionate and experienced General Manager (GM) who shares our values and brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive repair management or a related industry.

Job Summary:

As the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our unique culture while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive repair shop. Reporting directly to the CEO/Owner, you'll lead by example, fostering a supportive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to do their best work. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in automotive repair management or a related industry.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, fostering a positive company culture, and achieving business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
